Client ownership, key custody, exports and processing boundaries.
Your data remains yours
The client retains ownership of supplied files, confidential inputs and its own reports, subject to third-party rights. Trade Eyes receives only the limited processing rights needed for the selected service. Software and generic methods remain Trade Eyes intellectual property.
Company-held keys
Private reports are encrypted before storage using a company-held key. Trade Eyes does not store a recovery key. Share keys only through company-controlled channels; losing the key makes stored reports unrecoverable. Key holders can copy decrypted content, and removing membership cannot revoke previously copied data or keys.
What administrators can see
Private report titles, inputs, results and manifests are inside ciphertext. Operational identifiers, membership, dates, ciphertext size and billing records are not hidden. Existing server AI analyses and legacy business records are not automatically migrated to private storage.
Export and integrity
Authorized key holders can decrypt reports and download PDFs and JSON manifests. SHA-256 verifies consistency of canonical inputs and outputs, not correctness, authorship or independent certification.
