Rules for accounts, BYOD uploads and responsible decision-support use.
Permitted use
Use Trade Eyes for lawful internal research and decision support. You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for your organization. Keep account credentials secure and use only data you have permission to process.
Prohibited use
Do not bypass access controls, resell credentials, impersonate others, upload unlawful material or use outputs as licensed investment advice, a certified audit or an automated execution instruction.
Human oversight
Review assumptions, source quality and limitations. Simulations and AI outputs can be incorrect; decisions, trading and regulatory obligations remain yours.
Accounts and access
Business access requires verified accounts and organization membership. Contract scope controls paid access; suspension for abuse does not waive mandatory consumer rights.
