Approved offers
An offer identifies the purchaser organization, products, annual USD price, seats, usage allowance, delivery scope, offer expiry and contract version. Indicative calculators are not binding offers. Only a valid approved offer may open custom checkout.
Payment and activation
Dodo Payments processes checkout. Taxes and payment details appear at checkout. A return URL is not proof of payment: access is granted only after verified successful payment. Annual prepaid contracts run for the stated term; another year requires a new approved order unless a separate signed renewal arrangement states otherwise.
Delivery and implementation
Access and installation milestones follow the accepted offer. Integration dates depend on client data, technical readiness and acceptance testing; estimates are not guaranteed SLAs.
Refunds and disputes
Mandatory statutory rights prevail. The accepted offer and Refund Policy govern other requests. Contact hello@tradeeyes.app with the invoice reference; never send payment credentials.
