Trade Eyes software and branding remain protected. Client uploads remain client-owned. To report infringement, email hello@tradeeyes.app with the copyrighted work, exact allegedly infringing location, your contact details, authority to act, a good-faith statement, an accuracy statement and signature.
Review and removal
We review complete notices, may restrict disputed content and notify the affected account where lawful. This contact is not a claim of registered US DMCA agent status.
Counter-notice
If removal was mistaken, provide identification of removed material, reasons, contact information, signature and the legally required declarations for your jurisdiction. Applicable statutory procedures and deadlines govern.
Repeated abuse
Repeated infringement or knowingly false notices can lead to account restrictions, subject to applicable law and the service terms.
