License conditions for the web application, widget and offline lab.
License grant
Subject to applicable service terms and an active contract where required, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the selected software for authorized purposes. Partner embedding is limited to approved origins and scope.
Local package and widget
The offline lab performs local calculations; it is not a live-data service. The native widget requires a partner-owned authenticated same-origin proxy for broker AI. Never place permanent broker credentials in browser code.
Restrictions
Do not bypass quotas or access controls, redistribute the software as your own product without agreed rights, remove notices or use it unlawfully. Statutory interoperability and other non-waivable rights remain unaffected.
No certified outcome
Outputs depend on your data and assumptions. No forecast, investment return, regulatory exemption or audit opinion is guaranteed. Warranty, liability and termination follow applicable service terms and the accepted contract.
