Draft status
This document is a working draft pending legal review. It does not replace a signed agreement, and where a signed agreement exists that agreement prevails.
Approved offers
Trade Eyes issues an approved offer code bound to one purchaser organization. The offer states the product, annual price, seats, usage quotas, scope and expiry. A code cannot be transferred to another organization and becomes invalid after expiry or first redemption.
Acceptance
A verified business account user with authority to bind the organization redeems the code, reviews the offer and accepts these terms and the SaaS Agreement before payment.
Payment and activation
Payment is collected by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Access activates only after a verified payment confirmation from the payment provider matching the offer product, amount and organization. Browser redirects or customer-supplied prices never activate access. If payment fails or is reversed, access may be suspended.
Term and renewal
The license runs for the annual period stated in the offer. Renewal requires a new or renewed approved offer unless the signed agreement states otherwise.
Confidential processing
Institutional workbenches process client files in the browser where stated. Encrypted partner reports are stored as ciphertext with keys held by the client; Trade Eyes cannot recover lost client keys or decrypt that content. Other services process submitted data only to provide the requested features.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for the lawful collection of data it uploads, for managing user access and keys, for keeping credentials secret, and for independent review of every output. Outputs are decision support, not investment, legal, tax or audit advice.
